Greg Link
BCom, LL.B. (Hons)
Mr. Link joined Sentient in 2008 as General Manager in the Firm's head office in
Grand Cayman, Cayman Islands. He has over eighteen years offshore legal and accounting
experience. Mr. Link is a director of Sentient companies incorporated in the Cayman
Islands and acts as a director and principal of Cayman Trust Limited and Avalon
Management Limited, Cayman Islands based companies licensed by the Cayman Islands
Monetary Authority to carry on the business of a trust company and company management
respectively.
Prior to joining Sentient and the aforementioned companies, Mr. Link practiced in
the corporate and litigation departments of Quin & Hampson, a Cayman based law firm,
before becoming CEO of Q&H Corporate Services, Ltd. in 2004. Mr. Link gained
accounting experience whilst working with KPMG both in New Zealand and the Cayman
Islands and as the Chief Financial Officer at Schroder Cayman Bank & Trust Company
Limited.
Mr. Link has a bachelor of commerce degree from the University of Canterbury, New
Zealand and a bachelor of laws with honors degree from the University of Liverpool,
England. He was called to the Bar of England and Wales and admitted as an Attorney
in the Grand Court of the Cayman Islands in 2000.

Susan Bjuro
Susan maintains Sentient's office management functions in the Firm's head office
in Grand Cayman, Cayman Islands.

Nina Lindberg-Finch
LL.B. (Hons) Law & Accountancy, ACA (ICAEW)
Nina is Sentient's Financial Controller, with responsibility for a wide range of
Sentient finance and legal related matters in conjunction with the Chief Executive
Officer.
Nina obtained a LLB Joint Honours in Law and Accountancy from the University of
Edinburgh and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and
Wales. She's gained extensive private equity experience over eight years with Coller
Capital and more recently African Global Capital, a London based private equity
joint venture focused on mining in Africa. Prior to this she worked for PricewaterhouseCoopers
in Chicago and Deloitte & Touche in the UK for six years.

Michal Motyčka

Michal has worked with HVB Bank in Europe prior to coming to Australia. He undertakes
the accounting for Sentient Group entities.

Alice Mackin
M.Sci. (Hons) Mathematics, ACA (Ireland)
Alice is an Irish qualified Chartered Accountant. She undertakes the accounting
for the Sentient Funds, including assisting with investor reporting, capital calls
and distributions and investor queries.

Cherie is responsible for reception and office administration in Sentient's Sydney
office.

Johanna Druez
BCom International Management
Johanna has a range of experience in business administration from her time prior
to joining Sentient. She works in conjunction with Nicholas Mead out of Sentient's
Montreal office as well as undertaking investment opportunity analysis.

Rose Cassidy
B.Sc. (Hons) Physics
Rose manages Sentient's information systems and works closely with the CFO on investor
calls, distributions and reporting. She has 25 years experience as a systems analyst
and programmer.

Seema Dhiman
BCA (India)
Seema has around 7 years of experience in the IT Industry, which includes Project
Management, Business Analysis, Software Implementation and Software Design. She
is an experienced developer using .NET and other Technologies. Previously she has
worked with ERP Mobility and Software development companies.
In Sentient she is responsible for managing Sentient's internally developed ERP
system, analysing business requirements and implementation of new Systems to handle
Projects, Investments, Calls & Distributions and day to day Financials and other
IT requirements.

Tomas Cassidy
B.Sc. (Computer Science)
Tom worked with a leading developer of mobility solutions prior to joining Sentient
where he is responsible for developing Sentient's website and mobile reporting applications
as well as supporting the international integration of Sentient's computer network.

Investment Subsidiaries and Compliance

Alan You Lee
BCom (Hons), ACA
Alan is responsible for the financial management of Sentient's investment subsidiary
companies and governance policies.
Alan began his career in South Africa becoming Group Manager of the Johannesburg
and Sydney audit practice for Deloitte specialising in the banking sector. Following
migration to Australia he was CFO of Fuji International Finance (Australia) Limited
(FIFA), a wholesale money market subsidiary of Japan's Fuji Bank Limited. He joined
Macquarie Bank as CFO of Macquarie Direct Investments and the property subsidiary,
Urban Pacific Limited where he was also responsible for compliance and supporting
the Finance function for Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank-Macquarie Bank JV, ZonesCorp
Infrastructure Fund. His roles included supervision of and liaison with investee
company CFOs.

Alex Rodriguez
BBA(Accounting), MBA, M Fin, IPAA(Aust), CPA (Aust)
Alex is responsible for the financial reporting of Sentient's investment subsidiary
companies.
Alex graduated from the Catholic University of Argentina with an accounting major
and completed an MBA and Master of Finance at Bond University in Australia. He is
an Australian qualified CPA and Insolvency Practitioner.
Prior to migrating to Australia he was the financial manager with an Argentine logistics
business and gained experience in corporate banking with Citibank in Buenos Aires.
Following graduation from Bond University he was Operations and Finance Manager
with an Australian registered Debt Agreement Administrator and the fund controller
of the Abacus Property Group's AUD357 million investment property fund.

Kane Blackman
BSc (Honours), Dip. Mod Lang (French), MBA, MAusIMM, AIMM, AAICD
Kane joined Sentient in 2010 to develop and implement Sentient’s socially responsible
investment, risk management and corporate governance policies.
Prior to Sentient, Kane worked with the TSX-listed base-metals company, Ivernia,
at their Magellan Lead Mine in Western Australia where he held the position of Occupational
Health, Safety and Environment Manager. He had oversight of the approvals process
to allow the mine to restart, and was responsible for managing the Successful Product
Stewardship
initiative for sealed handling and transport of lead concentrate.
In 2010, Kane was appointed the Acting General Manager – Operations of the mine
and was responsible for facilitating the restart of operations.
Before Magellan, Kane consulted to the mining and oil and gas industries both in
Australia and overseas. In Papua New Guinea he undertook tasks for project and approvals
management, community and regulatory liaison, coordination of field-work, and staff
training.
Kane holds a Bachelor of Science (Honours) and a Diploma of Modern Languages (French)
from the University of Melbourne, and a Masters of Business Administration from
the University of South Australia. He is a member of the Australian Institute of
Management and the Australia Institute of Mining and Metallurgy, and an affiliate
of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
